So me and Mezie went and played badminton today which was fun but geeze I was knackered!! And its not like I was really running around THAT much, we were being pretty lazy with the exertion! And our shuttlecocks sucked beyond the telling which I think made it worse. Or maybe we are just both really out of practice. We definitely plan to get new [decent] shuttlecocks before we go again.

We were the only ones playing but there is a kind of open bit up above and people kept stopping along there and watching. That was distracting. I would completely loose the ability to hit the thing at all when I knew they were watching! Especially these wee boys cos one of them kept shouting down at us - like "good shot" and "oh dear...." all the time.

Still fun times :)

I'm starting to resemble a really shag dog in terms of how much hair I seem to be molting lately. Its frightening!!
